How to build adaptive business relations is a workshop that was designed to teach how to achieve even stronger and more successful relations and increase the collaboration at work. Participants learn how better to understand interpersonal differences. They learn to identify different communication styles and enhance their behavior adaptiveness aiming at improving communication, persuade more efficiently, achieve their goals easier and decrease the potential conflict and pressure in the interpersonal relations. Ignite Innovation is a powerful workshop, where participants will learn the models of innovation, including their own, how they can make use of the different ways of generating and implementing ideas. Project Management
The program teaches participants to acquire and apply a structured approach for managing processes in their work like projects, including definition of a concept, planning, and implementation and monitoring, closing a project. The participants will use different tools (critical path analysis, Gant’s schemes, risk protection strategy, etc.), they will learn how to delegate, motivate and solve problems with different attitudes and behaviors, in order to lead the project to a successful finalization.

This program introduces participants to the different elements of a successful selection process for recruitment in the organization. Participants learn how to read and evaluate work resumes (CVs), how to decide what tools and instruments to use in the selection process, the benefits for using or omitting to use a particular tool, how to construct a Competency based interview for different roles, how to evaluate work interviews, how to run assessment centers, etc. This program teaches managers and everybody who needs to conduct recruitment how to extract relevant and quality data about the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate towards the work.
